 ![grafana](https://forum.celestia.org/uploads/default/original/2X/a/adb2aa359010f406ab08fc463d207e2e1e7947ab.jpeg)

🧩 **Stack**

We use a modern and fully integrated observability stack:

 ![Снимок экрана 2025-10-12 в 17.50.35](https://forum.celestia.org/uploads/default/original/2X/a/a98cd269aeddcd57b8abaa7f4e70f2c5c18dc99a.png)

Our infrastructure is monitored 24/7, with automatic alerts sent to Telegram and Discrod. Dashboards are fully customized for node health, sync status, resource usage, and staking behavior.

🛡 **Security**

Security is our top priority — both on the infrastructure and access level. VALIDEXIS follows a **multi-layer security architecture** designed to protect validator integrity, prevent double-signing, and ensure operational safety across all Celestia components.

Our approach combines hardware-based isolation, segmented network design, and continuous observability to maintain maximum reliability and fault tolerance.

 ![Снимок экрана 2025-10-12 в 18.15.36](https://forum.celestia.org/uploads/default/original/2X/c/c4296e86c832398c94c915d65f97901f33373af2.png)

To further secure key management, our signing process uses **Horcrux** , a distributed M-of-N threshold system where the validator key is never stored or reconstructed on any single node.

⚙ **Horcrux**

[![horcrux.png](https://forum.celestia.org/uploads/default/original/2X/5/53553444bcacecd56813e0a7fe6111b695577f41.jpeg)](https://postimg.cc/G89dzy0h)

We use **Horcrux** , a distributed key-signing system with a **2-of-3 threshold scheme** , to securely operate our Celestia validator.

The validator private key is never stored or reconstructed on a single machine, significantly **mitigating key-compromise and double-sign risks**.

 ![table2](https://forum.celestia.org/uploads/default/original/2X/d/dc0862b154e40f3cad6515873e027f157f0444f0.png)

Additional safeguards include NTP drift alerts, version gating, and offline recovery procedures ensuring safe continuity without key exposure.

### Contributing to the Ecosystem

As long-term infrastructure operators, we contribute to the Celestia ecosystem not only by running reliable validators, but also by building tools, writing documentation, and supporting the broader community.

**1. AI Decentralization Map**

 ![terminal2](https://forum.celestia.org/uploads/default/original/2X/5/596ef65c80c84fa822a8568bc93627163fcd72e2.jpeg)

This module analyzes the distribution of bridge nodes across regions, providers, and continents.

CelestiaAI generates a **Network Verdict** (e.g., _High / Medium / Low decentralization_) along with a detailed explanation — such as “continent concentration: 54%.”

The interactive **Decentralization Map** visualizes node clusters worldwide, highlighting those with active OTEL telemetry and enabling quick assessment of global network resilience.

It also explains why decentralization matters — demonstrating how geographic and provider diversity strengthens fault tolerance and reduces the risks of censorship or outages.

**2. AI Node Analytics & Anomaly Detection**

 ![terminal3](https://forum.celestia.org/uploads/default/original/2X/0/01d474a5955bb4f44e498354c8f98cc3044beff6.jpeg)

Each bridge node is continuously analyzed using live **OTEL telemetry**.

CelestiaAI detects anomalies and classifies them by risk severity, identifying metrics such as

process\_runtime\_go\_gc\_pause\_ns\_sum, hdr\_store\_head\_height\_gauge, and process\_runtime\_go\_mem\_heap\_alloc\_bytes.

The module provides:

• meta information (version, provider, location, uptime, region);

• performance scores and 24h uptime statistics;

• actionable **AI-generated advice** to resolve detected issues.

This transforms low-level telemetry into meaningful operational intelligence for node operators and ecosystem engineers.

**3. AI Anomaly Tracking & Risk Dashboard**

 ![terminal4](https://forum.celestia.org/uploads/default/original/2X/f/f08d1da2500b6307166fe7d9986c2c8f1cd00400.jpeg)

CelestiaAI maintains a complete record of detected anomalies and displays them on an interactive **Anomalies Timeline** , allowing users to monitor bridge node stability over **daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly** periods.

The system measures deviation levels, classifies anomalies by risk severity, and identifies recurring behavioral patterns.

The **Risk Dashboard** visualizes key metrics — deviation percentages, timestamps, and risk levels — while predicting potential failures to enable proactive network monitoring and maintain long-term stability.
