I see a sound reason to enlarge the difference of cost between tx bytes and blob bytes. But I don’t see a sound reason of shortening the memo. I will support it even if you want to increase the gas to 32, but I don’t support shortening the memo limits, because the idea of celestia is letting users do what they want as long as they pay. Or should we define some namespace are garbage? that makes no sense.

for discourage memo usage like inscription, I believe notify the project here is better solution is the right way. If they still want to do it, just let them go but announce that they are not recommended by celestia project team is enough. Or simply ignore they.
