To use BlobStream between Celestia and EVM chains, we need to set up BlobStream relayers.
I propose to unify this BlobStream into IBC protocol.
- Use Tendermint X as an IBC light client on EVM
- Implement BlobStream contracts on EVM by using IBC Solidity
By unifying BlobStream into IBC protocol, we can reduce the cost of maintenance of relayers because we can also use IBC relayers between Celestia and EVM chains for ICS20 bridge for example.
