Greetings, Celestia community!
We’re Silk Nodes; a team of infrastructure builders, validator operators, and modular believers. You may have seen our RPC endpoints or Dev Call threads floating around X… but we wanted to formally introduce who we are, what we do, and how we aim to serve the Mammoth movement.
Why Silk Nodes?
We’re a small but dedicated team that shows up every single day!
Monitoring our nodes 24/7, responding to issues within minutes, and consistently supporting the networks we believe in.
On many networks, we’ve built a track record of:
Reliable testnet participation
Fast upgrade readiness
Proactive communication
- :bricks: Secure, slashing-free validator operations
Near-instant downtime response
Snapshot delivery for fast node syncing
Multi-region infrastructure for decentralization
Custom tooling (status bots, dashboards, upgrade trackers)
Clear, community-first education efforts
We don’t chase hype; we build dependable systems that modular blockchains can rely on.
:large_yellow_circle: ZERO slashing across all networks since Silk Nodes began and we intend to keep it that way.
You’ll also find us running validators on:
Seda, ZenRock, Dymension, Avail, Cosmos Hub, and more; with fast RPCs, snapshots, upgrade bots, and tools that support chains behind the scenes.
Infrastructure & Validator Security
We operate our own bare-metal servers, physically hosted between Ireland and the US, to ensure:
Maximum uptime
Decentralized geography
Full stack control
To safeguard our operations, we run:
:bricks: Two validator nodes
Remote signing via Horcrux
Enterprise-grade monitoring stack
- Grafana
- Prometheus
- Tenderduty
- PagerDuty
This lets us catch problems early and act fast when the chain needs it most.
We Go Beyond Infra
Silk Nodes isn’t just about nodes and blocks; we’re here to help the modular community understand what’s being built.
Explain Like I’m Five Threads
After every Celestia Dev Call, we share simplified technical updates:
→ Dev Call 31
→ Dev Call 32Discord Bots for Validator & Governance Monitoring
→ Discord Bots | Silk Nodes
We’ve built a suite of lightweight, plug-and-play bots designed to improve transparency and coordination within Cosmos-based communities, including Celestia.
Features include:
Validator Status Alerts — get notified about uptime changes, missed blocks, or validator issues
Governance Proposal Alerts — real-time pings when new on-chain proposals go live
Easy setup — ready to integrate into any Cosmos ecosystem Discord
These tools are built to help contributors, stakers, and teams stay informed; without needing to monitor Explorers or CLI every hour.
If you value reliability, clear communication, and community-first modular infrastructure, Silk Nodes is here to serve.
Public Infrastructure for Celestia
We currently operate a suite of always-on public endpoints for Celestia’s builders, validators, and explorers.

Let’s Build Together
We believe the modular future is for everyone, and Silk Nodes is here to help make it understandable, stable, and accessible.
Whether you’re building a rollup, syncing a light node, or researching DA — we’d love to support your journey.
Let’s keep the Mammoth moving forward

With care, uptime, and modular values.
